Some days are just not yours.

So my digital diary and readers,
You must be thinking I forgot about writing but No I just cant and I didn't. What I mean is

Some Days Are Just Not Yours: 

We all have those days where everything feels off. You wake up late, spill coffee on your favourite shirt, or maybe just feel inexplicably low. It’s easy to let a bad day spiral into a bad week, but what if you could take control of those emotions and flip the script? For those of us navigating our late teens and early twenties, learning to master our emotions is a skill that will serve us for a lifetime.

First and foremost, it’s important to recognise that it’s okay to have a bad day. We live in a culture that glorifies positivity, often to the detriment of our mental health. But the truth is, you don’t need to be happy all the time and to be honest you really can't be. Allow yourself to feel whatever comes up—sadness, frustration, anxiety—without judgment. Label your emotions, but don’t let them define you.

On those rough days, it’s tempting to indulge in habits that provide immediate comfort but might not be the best for us long-term—scrolling endlessly on social media, binge-watching shows, or eating junk food. Start small. Maybe try meditating for five minutes in the morning, or going for a short walk after lunch. These small acts of self-care might seem insignificant at first, but over time, they can significantly impact your mental well-being. Developing good habits is like building a muscle; the more you practice, the stronger your mental resilience becomes.

One of the most effective tools for mastering your emotions is journaling. Writing down your thoughts and feelings allows you to process them in a way that’s often not possible when they’re just swirling around in your head. It’s your own personal safe space—no one else is reading it, so you can be completely honest with yourself. Start by writing about what’s bothering you. Don’t worry about grammar or making it sound nice; just let the words flow. You’ll be surprised at how much clarity you can gain from this simple practice. Over time, you’ll start to notice patterns in your thoughts and behaviours, which can help you address underlying issues more effectively.

When you’re having a bad day, take a few moments to focus on your breathing. Close your eyes, breathe in deeply through your nose, hold it for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. This simple exercise can help calm your mind and bring you back to the present moment. Mindfulness is about accepting where you are right now, without wishing it away or wanting it to be different. It’s about being present, even when that present moment isn’t what you’d hoped for.

On tough days, it’s easy to isolate yourself, but this is when you need your support system the most. Reach out to friends or family members who lift you up. Even if you don’t feel like talking about what’s bothering you, simply being around people who care about you can make a big difference.

When everything seems to be going wrong, it’s easy to feel powerless. But there are always things within your control, even on the worst days. Focus on what you can do rather than what you can’t. Can you make yourself a healthy meal? Go for a run? Clean your space? 

It’s important to remember that growth often comes from struggle. Bad days, though unpleasant, teach us resilience, patience, and self-compassion. The more you practice mastering your emotions, adopting healthy habits, and caring for your mental health, the better equipped you’ll be to handle whatever life throws your way.

mess and cheese!!

Cheese in every slice veggies in every bite with a hint of oregano, feeling hungry already? A pizza will never fail you like your bitter gourd teacher who never liked you. A pizza can be fine like a wine and a mess like a human mind. Alas, here I spill the tea on the actual topic!! Well, yes it’s an important one. Being a mess is not a bad thing at all. It’s ok to be a mess. We all are a mess somewhere, in front of someone or the other. We are just good at hiding it from the world, our parents, friends , etc which I totally understand because it’s only reserved for that one person whom you think worthy enough to understand YOU. Pizza’s mess is so appetizing like the fallen cheese, sauces ,veggies that are so undeniable ,whereas human mess is a bit complicated , but much more incredible if understood properly.



But what do I really mean by being a mess, wait lemme explain. Being a mess means your mind isn’t at peace. You are at a situation where you don’t know what to do and how to deal with it and in that anger or frustration you say somethings which you don’t really mean to that one person who’s like the cheese on the crust, who adds flavour to your life. Being a mess is a part of a journey where you collect the broken parts of yourself and place it correctly like the slices of pizza when it comes out of the oven, with its gracefully rounded edges, the pizza embodies a sense of wholeness, a complete entity that invites exploration. Its circular shape reflects the unity and continuity of flavor, from the outermost edge to the heart of its savory core. Like every slice of pizza completes it wholly, every bit of you completes YOU, be it a mess one or the most fine one, it’s all part of you. You just need to understand it,accept it and then start working over it just like a simple tempting pizza. All you need in this journey of yours is a hand who’ll understand your every phase of making and help you be a veryyyy TASTY one day, hehe. If your biggest worry will cost you $10000 , then will you still keep it ? Of course not unless Bill Gates is your adopted father , haha just kidding. If you can’t buy your biggest worry then why to keep it ,that too for long? What I am trying to say is , Life is too short to worry or to take stress, just hold on for a minute and list all your worries, tensions on a piece of paper then assign fixed prices to all of them. Starting from the least to the maximum. All your worries should come with a certain price tag.


Now after completing the list, just sit back and think that are these tensions really worth it? Can you really afford all these expensive worries ? It’s upto you that after having all the worry prices on your head , can you really buy PEACE for yourself? No I guess, then try to remove all your tensions one by one, beginning from the smallest worry you got to the biggest one, one by one. New Beginnings

Beating the Usual




Summer days with unknown rains and same boring schedule is a bit out of fashion now. No, I mean the rains are good with a little bit of mud essence all over the pretty sky but same old you? I mean when everything is changing so beautifully then why you have to remain that old version of yours. Small changes will one day change you in someone you have always dreamt of. Now talking of myself I was also the same old me until yesterday , but today I feel a bit different, a new version of me maybe ! Today I just thought why not started writing my day off here in this awesome Blog. No , No wait ! I ain’t bragging about my blog on my own but it’s just I feel awesome today , because now atleast my thoughts will have a workspace , haha. Yes guys, I have discovered a new habit of mine which will keep me indulge productively . So writing blogs will now be my daily dose of MYSELF because here I’m beating my usual schedule, old me by finding something which will be as soothing to me as a cold wind during rainy season.

 So this is a sign for you to kickstart your thing, thing which you love to do, thing which will beat your old boring day , thing which will encourage you to keep going, thing which you Love. So yeah my lovelies start it now, pull it off coz there are no tomorrow’s to regret.
